
Katelyn Snook is a senior at the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts in Orange, California. She is pursuing a BFA in Film Production with an emphasis in Production Design and a minor in Game Development Programming. She is an active member of the National Cinematic Fraternity, Delta Kappa Alpha.
Katelyn is inspired by interactive worlds in theme parks and intricate production design in fantasy films and animation. She enjoys art and learning about stories behind objects from the past and incorporating them into her work.
Katelyn's mission is to spread joy and inspire deeper ideas through creative storytelling, fantasy worlds, movement, and personal expression; she hopes to encourage others to explore their authenticity, as she believes everyone has a unique voice to be heard.
In her free time, Katelyn enjoys hot tub hopping, perfecting her gingersnap cookie recipe, and learning new crafts.
Background: Katelyn graduated high school in Portland, Oregon, where she received awards in both leadership & graphic design, completed 400+ hours of community service, and played three varsity sports.
